By accessing or using the Rosewood Advisors website (rosewood-advisors.com) or the Rosewood Invoicing application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Rosewood Advisors provides financial and technology consulting services. Rosewood Invoicing is an internal business application used exclusively by Rosewood Advisors for managing invoicing operations. Rosewood Invoicing is not available for use by the general public or external parties.
3. Internal Use Only
Rosewood Invoicing is designed and intended for internal business use by authorized Rosewood Advisors personnel only. Access to the application is restricted to authorized users and is not offered as a commercial product or service to third parties.
4. Third-Party Integrations
Rosewood Invoicing integrates with third-party services including QuickBooks Online and Mercury. Use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. Rosewood Advisors is not responsible for the practices or policies of third-party service providers.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Rosewood Advisors website and Rosewood Invoicing application, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Rosewood Advisors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Rosewood Advisors website and Rosewood Invoicing application are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Rosewood Advisors does not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rosewood Advisors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) our services.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rosewood Advisors, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services.
